This is a painting from the Tokyo Miniature Collection series – original one-off artworks. There are 40 in all, and this is the first. Estelle, the artist, lived and worked in Tokyo for five years and also speaks Japanese.

Created in June 2025 in Australia for Japanese people as a tribute to the style and design of Japanese mansions. This circular painting is 13 cm in diameter, and the frame is 25 cm x 25 cm, made of sand-coloured birch, ready to hang. Each painting features Estelle’s hanko on the back of the artwork.
